For a global customer near the Dutch/Belgian border, I am searching for a freelance Quality Operations consultant to lead their QA Operations department. This is an interim position whilst they search for a permanent member of staff.
Responsibilities
- Performing line checks and line release
- Preparing batch documentation and performing follow-up checks
- Estimating and supporting deviations in production, including log checks
- You coordinate the daily quality related to production activities in collaboration with the production and planning department
- You will help manage operational, quality-related instructions and procedures
- You will support and lead (on an ad hoc basis) project-based initiatives
- You act as an organizational backup for the continuity of the departmental operations
- You will work on timely and compliant GMP work processes and provide support in production
Profile
- You have experience in a managerial position (preferably in a GMP production environment)
- You have a master's degree or equivalent through extensive experience
- Preferably you have experience with packaging materials and artwork
- Experience with quality systems; experience with GMP is required, ISO 13485 is a plus
- Experience in conducting and participating in quality audits
- Good knowledge of the usual computer applications
- You are a real people manager and motivator
- Able to set priorities and monitor this prioritization
- Maintain high standards of quality and integrity
- You are a real team player and able to work together with all layers in the organization
- Able to think in terms of processes, have a positive attitude and think in terms of solutions
- You are accurate
